May: 12ten Capital team opens Frontal Trust office - Chilean based alternative asset manager - in the United States.
November: Starts operations of our first private debt fund “Residential Credit Opportunity”, an investment vehicle with the purpose of acquiring short-duration mortgage-backed loans originated in the U.S.
September: Starts operations of the first residential real estate fund "Residential Single Family - Miami", second investment vehicle in the United States, with the purpose of acquiring and managing a portfolio of properties in Florida.
February: Starts operations of the commercial real estate fund "Medical Triple NNN", an investment vehicle with the purpose of acquiring commercial real estate assets for rental in the medical sector with triple-net, single-tenant, long-term leases in the United States.
October: The team acquires a controlling position in Frontal Trust's U.S. operation and renames the company 12ten Capital.
November: 12ten Capital successfully raises its first residential development club deal in Florida "Residential Development - Tampa", with the purpose of investing directly in a build-to-rent residential development project in North Tampa.
