  • We are structuring and investing directly in a build-to-rent residential development project in Spring Hill, FL, 40 mins north Tampa. The project  involves building 160+ townhouses with amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, dog park and pickleball court.

  • The strategy is to develop the units and then stabilize through an active lease-up strategy with a specialized company, to then sell the stabilized asset within a 3 to 4 year period.
